Spatial Distribution of Keratan Sulfate in the Rabbit Cornea Following Photorefractive Keratectomy

Abstract: PURPOSE: To examine the keratan sulfate content of the stroma and to assess its correlation with the healing process (epithelialization and keratocyte density) after photorefractive keratectomy (PRK).
