The purpose of this study is to determine the methodology, develop a theory of construction, put into practice algorithmization and implement the functionality of a hybrid intelligent system for assessment of educational outcomes of trainees on the basis of the identified keyword parameters and structure of the artificial neural network using expert systems and fuzzy simulation; to develop a methodology for the construction of structural-logic, hierarchical, functional and fractal schemes for structuring databases of the didactic field of learning elements; to determine the content, structure of parameters and database components, selection criteria and the content of complexes of educational standards. The methodology of introducing intelligent systems into mathematical education is on the basis of the Hegelian triad: thesis (implementation of the coherence principle) – antithesis (implementation of principles of the fractality and historiogenesis) – synthesis (implementation of the principles of self-organization and reflection of the complex system inversion integrity). Requirements for the organization and construction of the artificial neural network for assessment of personal achievements on the basis of fuzzy simulation have been developed. In the direction of using elements of fractal geometry, the technological structures of clusters that constitute the basis of generalized structures have been developed. In particular, it is revealed that the didactic field of learning elements is equipped with a system of multi-level hierarchical databases of exercises, motivational-applied, research, practice-oriented tasks using expert systems and integration of mathematical, information, natural-science and humanities knowledge and procedures.

O estudo se torna relevante pela busca das abordagens mais apropriadas para o desenvolvimento pedagógico dos novos recursos da tecnologia da informação, aplicáveis ao ensino interativo de música - por exemplo, ensinar a tocar um instrumento musical com o uso de um programa de computador. O objetivo do estudo é considerar a interatividade, a interação em rede e a implementação de funções educacionais como principais recursos das tecnologias de computador da música (MCT). Essas tecnologias podem ajudar a desenvolver uma metodologia eficaz para treinamento apropriado e novos sistemas de software e hardware com os quais os alunos podem aprender três dos componentes mais importantes da habilidade musical: o teclado de um instrumento específico, notação musical e teoria musical. Os autores concluem que o MCT pode e deve atuar como um ambiente educacional de rede interativa, e é necessário preparar uma lista de repertórios para o processo educacional nessas condições, bem como buscar formas organizacionais legais dessa atividade.

In the context of digital education implementation, addressing the problem pertaining to the training of highly qualified physical education (PE) teachers in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is essential for the innovative development of the region, along with that of its scientific and educational environments. To this end, specialists should improve their professional skills in order to develop and effectively use advanced educational technologies that take into account the specific conditions of work, study, life as well as the national and cultural traditions of the region. The current article highlights that the implementation of digital education requires complex transformations in the systems of both pedagogical and physical education, which are influenced by progressive digital and information technologies. However, its practical implementation requires a change in the goals, along with the organizational forms and technologies of educational activities, based on information and communication technology (ICT) and network technologies, in addition to the development of productive strategies to integrate innovations into the traditional educational process. Thus, the aim of this study is to substantiate the current trends regarding the development of digital education and training of PE teachers in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), by means of the analyses of foreign and domestic researchers’ experiences. Further, its theoretical aspect delves into the analysis of the research conducted on digital education and, primarily, the ways in which it can be implemented in the educational process of the Institute of Sport and Physical Education (ISPE), Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University (NEFU). On the other hand, the practical section of this study presents a comparison between the knowledge of part-time and full-time students studying at the ISPE, NEFU, concerning the framework of digital educational materials’ implementation for the training of future PE teachers. The results showed the considerable improvement of the students’ knowledge on the importance of ICT and digital resources, in addition to an increased level of digital competence regarding professional activity.
