Slow Food Network: Considerations on Organizational Structure and Activities In Brazil

Abstract: RESUMO 4O estudo tem como objetivo analisar a rede Slow Food, sua estrutura organizacional e analisar a distribuição geográfica dos convívios no Brasil.
