This research aims to find out the phenomenon of webinar competition from the viewpoint of the audience. Covid-19 pandemic makes webinars a means for knowledge dissemination. Many events offered turned out to be a tight competition among organizers and caused a different response for the audience. Academics participants’ responses had never been known in depth so that they could be the basis for determining the strategy for the organizers. Using quantitative data through online surveys to further interpreted with the help of previous literature. The independent variables gender, age, frequency, cost, and place are used to determine their effect on loyalty, which is represented by the length of duration in participating in each webinar. The effectiveness of webinars as a means of disseminating ideas in the pandemic era still faces various challenges. Among academics, the loyalty at the webinar event is influenced by gender and age. It is important for organizers to effectively communicate to webinar participants so that they get the message they want to convey.

The rapidly widespread spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia has made the Indonesian government make policies, one of its policies is to carry out distance learning activities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using Google Classroom in science learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a literature study by reviewing 30 articles or journals published in the 2018-2022 period and comes from Google Scholar and several international journals that come from trusted and accountable websites. The data obtained will then be analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results showed that: (1) The use of Google Classroom is effectively used in science learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, (2) The advantages of using Google Classroom in science learning during the COVID-19 pandemic are that it can improve analytical skills, improve science literacy skills, and grow students' character in science learning, (3) The weakness of using Google Classroom in science learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is that students have difficulty in receiving material, especially those that require calculations such as mathematics, chemistry, and physics

This activity aims to introduce and provide new understanding to teachers about the importance of using google classroom media in learning Indonesian. The solution offered in this activity is to conduct training for teachers at SMPN 2 Tanete Rilau, Barru Regency, South Sulawesi Province, in the form of understanding the material and applying the google classroom media. The results of the interview show that teachers are still minimal to be creative in teaching online during this Covid-19 pandemic which has almost spread throughout Indonesia. Another result of this training activity is that the training participants consisting of Indonesian language teachers plus teachers from other fields of study have knowledge about the importance of google classroom during the covid 19 pandemic, participants are able to design classes through google classroom, and participants can manage classes during the Covid-19 pandemic. learning process using google classroom.
