Sistemas alimentarios globales y ley de etiquetado de alimentos en Chile

Abstract: Esse trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o papel do governo chileno frente ao modelo de produção corporativa de alimentos, avaliando a política pública de rotulagem desenvolvida pelo Ministério da Saúde nos últimos anos através da Lei 20.606.
