The distribution of water through pipes experienced an average water loss of 35%. This is caused by a lack of pipe management, measurement tool management, and pressure management. In this study, a drinking water company miniplant was made using PVC pipe as a simulation to show the action of the solenoid valve as a pressure controller and water flow rate against leakage. This study monitors pressure differences and flow rates. Global valve acts as an actuator to control flow pressure while ball valve acts as an actuator to control flow rate. The results of the validation of the pressure sensor, on average the four sensors produce an accuracy of 99.587% and an inaccuracy of 0.413%. The results of the flow sensor validation, the average of the four sensors produces an accuracy of 97.558% and an inaccuracy of 2.442%. The results of system testing on the solenoid valve pressure control, work according to the set point in controlling pressure. The results of system testing on the solenoid valve pipe leakage control, work according to the set point in controlling pipe leakage but the ratio is high. The ratio is too high because the flow after the solenoid valve is getting slower, but the flow before the solenoid valve is still moving to fill the empty space in the pipe until there is no water flow.

Measurement system technology is increasing along with the development of digital technology. Likewise, the technology for measuring water pressure in pipes is made digitally, although many conventional measurements still exist, such as the flow meter in housing in general. The purpose of this research is to make a tool based on Internet of Things technology, especially water pressure sensors that are installed in various water sources to obtain data in real time to ensure sufficient pressure to push water to the customer. Each water pressure sensor node is monitored from the system dashboard in real time. In this paper, the author offers an IoT-based measurement system for microcontroller technology on a smart pressure meter using a water pressure sensor controlled by the NodeMCU and the pressure bar is calculated then the data is sent to the cloud with the GPRS module. The results will be displayed on the monitoring system dashboard in form of pressure data, volume in the water reservoir. The results of this study are the implementation of DWM IoT technology is able to monitor water pressure at several PDAM nodes by recording data and displaying pressure data in real time graphical form on the DWM IoT dashboard.

Pada perkembang teknologi sekarang umumnya pengisian tandon menggunakan mesin pompa untuk menghisap air disalurkan ketempat yang dibutuhkan. Dalam hal ini pembangunan pada instalasi air gedung bertingkat sangat dibutuhkan bila mana pada gedung bertingkat memiliki beberapa tandon utama dan tandon unit perlantai. Dengan membuat monitoring tekanan pada instalasi air tandon utama ke tandon unit sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui berapa kebutuhan dari tekanan air. Pada permasalaan tersebut perlu adanya sistem alat otomatis tekanan air. Dengan membangun sistem tersebut menggunakan sensor pressure transducer sebagai bembacaan sensor tekanan proses melalui modul arduino UNO dan data diperoleh akan dimunculkan ke LCD 12C. Dengan acuan pembacaan tekanan pada sensor nilai tersebut digunakan untuk menyalakan pompa air. Dalam pengontrol pompa SL 4500 digunakan modul driver motor BTS 7960. Keluaran pada pembuatan alat ini adalah pemanfaatan hasil dari pembacaan sensor untuk dijadukan pengontrol otomatis pompa beserta dijadikan acuan nilai tekanan air pada kontruksi gedung bertingkat yang memiliki tandon utama, tandon unit setiap lantainya. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan diketahui bahwa sistem bisa berjalan dengan baik. Sistem mampu menghitung tekanan air pada tendon unit ketika valve pada tandon unit tertutup satu per satu serta sistem yang dibangun dapat menampilkan hasil pembacaan sensor tekanan (bar) kinerja grafik fungsi berupa linier.
