Single-Cell Real-Time Visualization and Quantification of Perylene Bioaccumulation in Microorganisms

Abstract: Bioaccumulation of perylene in Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was visualized and quantified in real time with high sensitivity at high temporal resolution.
