“…Para ajudar no diagnóstico da SB, além do questionário para análise psicométrica é necessária uma avaliação clínica com finalidade de uma conclusão fechada da síndrome. De acordo com os dados do presente estudo, a prevalência das dimensões de SB pessoal e SB relacionada ao paciente apresentaram nível moderado, enquanto a dimensão de SB relacionada ao trabalho apresentou uma prevalência do nível baixo, similar ao encontrado em um estudo realizado com enfermeiros da atenção primária de um município localizado na região metropolitana de Salvador/BA, que apontou níveis moderados para as três dimensões da síndrome 40 . Desta forma, é necessária uma maior atenção por parte das instituições com o objetivo de tentar minimizar o nível de tensão nesses profissionais, de modo a evitar uma intensificação dos agravantes de saúde nos enfermeiros.…”
