Silanole. XII. IR‐spektroskopische Untersuchungen an substituierten Triphenyl‐silanolen

Abstract: Es wurden die Bandenlage, die absolute Intensität und die Halbwertsbreite der OH‐Valenzschwingung von substituierten Triphenyl‐silanolen (XC6H4)3SiOH sowie die Verschiebung der OH‐Bande bei Zugabe eines Donors gemessen. Die Ergebnisse sind gut korrelierbar mit der potentiometrisch bestimmten relativen Acidität der Silanole und mit den σ°‐Konstanten der Substituenten X.
