Siebengliedrige Ringe durch 1,5‐Cycloadditionen, II. Octahydrofurano[3,2‐f]‐1,4‐oxazepine und Octahydro‐6<i>H</i>‐pyrano[3,2‐f]‐1,4‐oxazepine

Die Enolather 1 reagieren mit den I ,3-Oxazolidinen 2 in Dimethylsulfoxid bei Gegenwart von Lewis-Sauren in einer ringoffnenden I ,5-Cycloaddition zu den 7-Alkoxyhexahydro-1,4oxazepinen 3. Als Nebeoreaktion gibt 3-Methyl-l,3-oxazolidin (2a) mit Athylvinylather (1 a) N-(3,3-DiathoxypropyI)-N-methyl-2-aminoathanol (Sa), mit Butylvinylather (le) N-(3,3-Dibutoxypropyl)-N-methyl-2-aminoathanoI (5 b). Seven-Membered Rings by 1 ,S-Cycloadditions, 1111). -7-Alkoxyhexahydro-1 ,CoxazepinesEnol ethers 1 react with 1,3-oxazolidines 2 i n dimethyl sulfoxide in the presence of Lewis acids to give 7-alkoxyhexahydro-l ,Coxazepines 3 by means of a ring-opening 1,5-cycloaddition. In side reactions, 3-methyl-l,3-oxazolidine (2a) and ethyl vinyl ether (1 a) give N-(3,3-diethoxypropyl)-N-methyl-2-aminoethanol (5a), while (2a) and butyl vinyl ether (le) yield N-(3,3-dibutoxypropyl)-N-methyl-2-aminoethanol (5b).Die 3-Alkyl-1,3-oxazolidine 2 gehen mit Enolathern in Gegenwart von Lewis-Sauren eine ringoffnende [5 + 21-Cycloaddition einl.2). Die acyclischen Enolather 1 fuhren dabei zu den 7-Alkoxyhexahydro-I ,4-oxazepinen 3, woriiber nachstehend berichtet wird. Darstellung der 7-Alkoxyhexahydro-1 ,Coxazepine 3Die Reaktionsfuhrung bei den Umsetzungen der acyclischen Enolgther 1 ist ahnlich derjenigen bei Einsatz cyclischer Enolather 1). In der Regel werden dabei gute Ausbeuten erzielt. Die 2-Aryloxazolidine 2 d und 2e mussen unter energischeren Bedingungen umgesetzt werden, d a die positive Ladung des elektrophilen Reaktionszentrums durch die Arylgruppe stabilisiert ist. Als Lewis-Saure bewahrt sich vor allem Zinkchlorid in Dimethylsulfoxid, zur Umsetzung von 2 d und 2e auch Bortrifluorid-diathylatherat oder Zinntetrachlorid.

Die Reaktion von 2,2-Bis(trifluormethyI)-1,3-dioxolan-4-onen 1 und 2,2-Bis(trifluormethy1)-1,3oxazolidin-5-onen 2 rnit N,N-Diethyl-1-propinylamin liefert 2,2-Bis(trifluormethyl)-4,5-dihydro-2H-1,3-dioxepin-5-one 4 bzw. 2,2-Bis(trifluormethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-l,3-oxazepin-5-one 5. Die bei den Umsetzungen gefundenen Nebenprodukte sprechen fur einen Reaktionsverlauf iiber eine 1,7-dipolare Zwischenstufe.Seven-membered Ring Heterocycles, 111 1). -Synthesis of 4,5-Dihydro-2H-1,3-dioxepin-5-ones and 2,3,4,5-Tetrahydro-1,3-oxazepin-5-onesThe reaction of 2,2-bis(trifluoromethyl)-l,3-dioxolan-4-ones 1 and 2,2-bis(trifluoromethyl)-1,3oxazolidin-5-ones 2 with N,N-diethyl-1-propynylamine yields 2,2-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4,5dihydro-2H-l,3-dioxepin-5-ones 4 and 2,2-bis(trifluorornethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-l,3-oxazepin-5-ones 5, respectively. By-products formed during the reaction are consistent with a reaction proceeding via a 1,7 dipolar intermediate.
