Siebenringheterocyclen, III. Synthese von 4,5‐Dihydro‐2H‐1,3‐dioxepin‐5‐onen und 2,3,4,5‐Tetrahydro‐1,3‐oxazepin‐5‐onen

Abstract

Die Reaktion von 2,2-Bis(trifluormethyI)-1,3-dioxolan-4-onen 1 und 2,2-Bis(trifluormethy1)-1,3oxazolidin-5-onen 2 rnit N,N-Diethyl-1-propinylamin liefert 2,2-Bis(trifluormethyl)-4,5-dihydro-2H-1,3-dioxepin-5-one 4 bzw. 2,2-Bis(trifluormethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-l,3-oxazepin-5-one 5. Die bei den Umsetzungen gefundenen Nebenprodukte sprechen fur einen Reaktionsverlauf iiber eine 1,7-dipolare Zwischenstufe.Seven-membered Ring Heterocycles, 111 1). -Synthesis of 4,5-Dihydro-2H-1,3-dioxepin-5-ones and 2,3,4,5-Tetrahydro-1,3-oxazepin-5-onesThe reaction of 2,2-bis(trifluoromethyl)-l,3-dioxolan-4-ones 1 and 2,2-bis(trifluoromethyl)-1,3oxazolidin-5-ones 2 with N,N-diethyl-1-propynylamine yields 2,2-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4,5dihydro-2H-l,3-dioxepin-5-ones 4 and 2,2-bis(trifluorornethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-l,3-oxazepin-5-ones 5, respectively. By-products formed during the reaction are consistent with a reaction proceeding via a 1,7 dipolar intermediate.
