Severe Preeclampsia is Associated with Functional and Structural Cardiac Alterations: A Case-control Study

Abstract: Background The aim of the current study is to compare electrocardiographic and echocardiographic changes in patients with severe preeclampsia (PE) and those with uncomplicated pregnancies.
