Servant Leadership: a Systematic Literature Review and Network Analysis

Abstract: Servant leadership is a form of moral-based leadership where leaders tend to prioritize the fulfillment of the needs of followers, namely employees, customers and other stakeholders, rather than satisfying their personal needs.
