Selectins and their involvement in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases

Abstract: The review presents current data on the structure and functional role of cell adhesion molecules belonging to the selectin family (selectins P, L and E), and their involvement in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases.
