This study aims to examine the relationship between aggression levels and self-efficacy of students interested in weightlifting sport. Descriptive and screening research model was used in this study, which assesses the relationship between aggression levels and self-efficacy of students interested in weightlifting sport. The Aggression Questionnaire which was developed by Buss and Perry (1992) and whose validity and reliability study of the Turkish form conducted by Madran ( 2012) was used in the study as well as the Scale of Self-efficacy which was developed by Riggs et al. (1994), and adapted into Turkish by Öcel (2002). The results of the study show that there is a negative and low-level relationship between the participants' self-efficacy and physical aggression scores (r = -.112, p < 0.05). In this context, it can be concluded that when participants' self-efficacy level increases, their physical aggression level decreases.

Our skills and attitudes have an effect on our behaviors. Phubbing, which is described as ignoring the interlocutor during communication by focusing on the cellphone, is also highly effective in our behaviors. In this context, this study aimed to determine the predictive effect of aggression and emotional intelligence on the level of phubbing. The study group consisted of 768 adult individuals [Female:461, Male:307] living in different provinces of Turkey. Participants’ ages ranged from 22 to 57. The data of the study were collected using the Phubbing Scale, KAR-YA Aggression Scale, Emotional Intelligence Scale, and a personal information form. According to the findings obtained from the study, there was a significant negative relationship between phubbing and emotional intelligence, a significant positive relationship between phubbing and aggression, and a significant negative relationship between aggression and emotional intelligence. According to the preliminary analysis, sex did not cause a significant difference in phubbing scores, while marital status and level of education caused a significant difference. According to the results of the hierarchical regression analysis, emotional intelligence and aggression were found to be predictors of phubbing behaviors. The research findings were discussed under the literature, and some recommendations were made.

This study aims to determine high school students' level of aggression and compare their level of aggression based on some demographic features. The population of the study comprises of high school students attending public and private schools in Yozgat province of Turkey during 2017-2018 school year. The sample of the study comprises of 300 students selected using random sampling method in public and private schools in Yozgat province of Turkey during 2017-2018 school year. The study benefits from survey as a method. Students' demographic features were obtained using "personal information form". "Buss Perry Aggresion Scale" was used to measure students' level of aggression. The obtained data were processed using SPSS 18 software program. Finally, frequency analysis, percentage analysis, arithmetic means, t test, ANOVA and post-hoc tests were used for data analysis. The findings of the study indicated statistically significant differences were found among students' level of aggression in terms of different variables such as their gender, age, school type, mother's employment status, mother's education level, monthly expenses and number of siblings (p<0.05).
