“…In the FT-IR spectrum of boehmite nanoparticles (Spectrum a-c), several peaks that appear at 480, 605 and [2,6]. Also, the nitrate impurity vibration at 1650 cm −1 and the vibrations of hydrogen bands OH···OH by two strong absorption bands at 1164 and 1069 cm −1 were observed in FT-IR spectrum [2,4,6]. In the 1072 and 770 cm −1 spectral region of the FT-IR spectra (Figure b and c), an overlap of the stretching vibration of the Si-O-Si bonds with Al-O and OH···OH stretching vibration leads to band broading [27][28][29].…”
