Role of knowledge management practices for escalating universities’ performance in Pakistan

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the role of knowledge management practices in enhancing performance of universities, specifically in the context of Pakistan. A convenient sample of 450 employees from the universities all over the Pakistan was taken for the study.
