Risk Assessment of Non-Conventional Contributory Factors in Onset of Diabetes Mellitus Type Ii

Abstract: The aim of current study is the risk assessment of biochemical variables of medical importance, vitamin D and calcium, in pathogenesis of Diabetes Mellitus Type II (T2DM) human beings and the risk assessment due to variation of these biochemical variables in diabetic patients. One hundred subjects (n=100) were recruited from different hospitals in Lahore (31.5204° N, 74.3587° E) after taken informed consents individually. This study was approved by the ethical committee of Institute of Molecular Biology and Bi… Show more

“…4 The old methods involve a significant skin incision that cuts through muscle to remove it, but in the past ten years, minimally invasive surgery has emerged as the cutting edge of surgical innovation. [5][6][7][8] For a renal tumour, Clayman conducted the first transperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy in 1990. 9 Simple nephrectomy can be performed laparoscopically using either the retroperitoneal or transperitoneal techniques.…”

“…Atorvastatin was not reliable in preventing strokes in patients undergoing hemodialysis (HD). Although dialysis patients have a greater incidence of stroke than the general population, the risk factor unique to this population is not fully recognized (11,12). Compared to stroke-free ESRD patients, those with a stroke may have additional risk factors.…”
