Retirement decision-making influenced by family and work relationships

Abstract: Objective: To identify the influence of family and work relationships on decision-making about retiring. Methods: A qualitative descriptive study was carried out with 16 pre-retirees from a public university institution located in the north of Paraná, Brazil.
