Results of studies of samples of boiled-smoked loin with different injection levels

One of the most important factors in the formation of an effectively functioning market of agricultural products is the business activity of market players. High competition in the market of agricultural products forces producers to clearly formulate their tasks and the necessary resources for their implementation. The article gives an assessment of the business activity of the agro-industrial complex enterprise. It is established that insufficient effective use of fixed and working capital, as well as insufficient effective personnel management. It is possible to recognize the business activity of an agro-industrial complex enterprise and profitability as satisfactory but having a negative trend. To increase the business activity of the enterprise in question, calculations of profitability and business activity indicators were performed. Based on the analysis of business activity and profitability, the company’s management has been given appropriate recommendations to improve the efficiency of management.

Analysis and recommendations for improving the financial stability of agricultural production

Improving the financial stability of enterprises producing agricultural products is a priority direction of activity control. The analysis of financial activity of the enterprise producing agricultural products is presented. To assess the overall dynamics of financial stability, a horizontal and vertical analysis of the analytical balance sheet was carried out. The analysis of the main indicators of financial stability was carried out, the analysis was carried out using absolute indicators based on a comparison of the value of reserves and costs with sources of financing. As a result of the conducted research, it was revealed that the positive results of production and financial activities also contributed to the increase in the well-being of the enterprise owners in 2018-2020. The level of profitability on equity in 2018-2020 increased significantly (by 2.45% and 34.36% points). The only factor that played a negative role in this was the growth of the leverage ratio. Based on the data obtained, recommendations are made to improve the financial stability of the enterprise.

Economic efficiency of introduction of additive technologies in the meat processing industry

This research work presents an assessment of efficiency of introduction of additive technologies in a meat-processing enterprise. The agricultural industrial complex and the food industry are no exception though. Introduction of additive technologies will allow solving a range of primary tasks, for example – the capability to manufacture certain individual parts of equipment directly in the production site. That will reduce downtime and reduce production costs. Using a piece of equipment as an example, it is proposed to manufacture on 3D printer some parts which are most sensitive to tear and wear. Along with introduction of additive technologies in production, the net profit will increase by 1.957.795 rubles. The estimated payback period of the project is 1 month. The obtained data confirms that introduction of additive technologies increase the financial stability of the enterprise.
