Abstract: The article presents results of the proteomic analysis of Bacillus cereus FBc-28 UGSKhA bacteriophage (study of the quantitative composition, isoelectric point of proteins, molecular weight) isolated from environmental objects (soil test), which is of interest as a component of an experimental phage biological compound for food treatment to reduce quantitative parametres of microbial contamination.
