Research on the effect of cooperative learning model on nursing skills of practice nurses and standardized training of newly-recruited nurses

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the value of cooperative learning model in the nursing skills of practice nurses and standardized training for newly-recruited nurses. Methods: 130 practice nurses and 80 newly-recruited nurses from two Grade-three hospitals in Hunan Province were selected as objects of study, and randomly divided into two groups.
