Reorganização do trabalho em uma agência da Previdência Social: resistência à mudança ou preservação da saúde?

Abstract: melhor situar a discussão sobre as mudanças em curso em uma agência da Previdência Social e a saúde dos servidores. O método, baseado em um dispositivo dinâmico de três polos, incluiu observação, conversas e encontros sobre o trabalho.
