“…To our knowledge, the presented case is the first primary renal angiosarcoma incidentally diagnosed by US and color Doppler US in an asymptomatic patients. Symptoms such as hematuria, 2,3 flank pain, 5,7–9 or B‐sypmtoms 6 are associated with the disease in all known cases of primary renal angiosarcoma. Characteristic histopathological features of angiosarcoma are cytologically malignant endothelial cells forming vascular structures.…”
