Remuneration policy in terms of decent work at a regional level

Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to develop indicators and standards for assessing the remuneration policy in terms of decent work at the regional level and to approbate the developed tools for assessing the data of remuneration policy research in Kyiv region. “…Despite the sufficient attention of scientists to the issues of healthcare employees’ remuneration, there is still a lack of research in the context of the target priorities of decent work set by the International Labour Organization (ILO), related to rights, social justice and social partnership (Gibb and Ishaq, 2020; ILO, 2001, 2008, 2016; Somavia, 1999).
