Abstrak: Kasus pernikahan usia dini di Kelurahan Pilolodaa cukup tinggi yaitu 9 kasus (25.71%) pada tahun 2021 hingga Juni 2022. Tingkat pengetahuan remaja terkait dampak pernikahan usia dini dan keterampilan mendeteksi masalah remaja masih rendah. Demikian pula pada kader posyandu remaja dan karang taruna sebagai mitra pendukung. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja, kader posyandu dan anggota karang taruna terkait dampak pernikahan usia dini serta peningkatan keterampilan dalam mendeteksi masalah kesehatan remaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, demonstrasi dan praktik pemeriksaan payudara sendiri serta deteksi dini anemia. Mitra sasaran remaja sebanyak 30 orang dan mitra pendukung masing-maisng 3 orang. Berdasarkan analisis hasil kuesioner pre dan post, semua remaja mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan (100%) dan untuk sikap serta peningkatan keterampilan remaja maupun mitra dalam mendeteksi masalah kesehatan remaja yang dinilai dengan lembar cheklist juga hasilnya terdapat peningkatan (100%) serta terbentuknya komunitas REP2HEL yang telah dikukuhkan oleh Lurah Kelurahan Pilolodaa.Abstract: Cases of early marriage in Pilolodaa Village are quite high, namely 9 cases (25.71%) from 2021 to June 2022. The level of knowledge of teenagers regarding the impact of early marriage and skills in detecting teenage problems are still low. Likewise with youth posyandu cadres and youth organizations as supporting partners. Community service aims to increase the knowledge and attitudes of teenagers, posyandu cadres, and youth organization members regarding the impact of early marriage as well as increasing skills in detecting adolescent health problems. The methods used are lectures, questions and answers, discussions, reflection, and the practice of breast self-examination and early detection of anemia. The youth target partners are 30 people, and the supporting partners are 3 people each. Based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire before and after, all teenagers experienced an increase in knowledge (100%) and attitudes and increased skills of teenagers and partners in detecting teenage health problems as assessed using a checklist sheet. The results also showed an increase (100%) and the formation of a REP2HEL community, which has been achieved. confirmed by the head of Pilolodaa Village.

Background: Adolescents are a vulnerable group who have great curiosity and need access to various adolescent health information. Therefore, the government has implemented a strategy through the implementation of Youth Care Health Services (YCHS). However, some of the stakeholders and youth have limited access to YCHS especially the ones delivered in schools setting. The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of adolescent health programs in schools especially public schools and religion-based schools.Design and methods: This study was an analytic observational quantitative study by using a cross-sectional design.This study was conducted in public schools and religion-based schools in North Surabaya Indonesia. The sample in this study consisted of 100 students through a simple random sampling technique.Results: There was a difference in the level of knowledge of adolescent reproductive health between public schools and religion-based schools (p=0,047). Student’s attitudes (p=0,000) and environmental influences (p=0,000) both related with reproductive health contents. However, there was no difference in adolescent’s attitudes about adolescent reproductive health programs (p=0,190) and adolescent’s exposure to adolescent reproductive health policies (p=0,196).Conclusion: The implementation of adolescent health programs in two types of schools (public and religion-based) were different. Adolescents should have the same rights to obtain knowledge about adolescent health as the prelude for forming a positive attitude. Therefore, stakeholders need to conduct regular monitoring and evaluation on the implementation of standardized adolescent health programs in all types of schools.

Adolescence is a transition period of human life. Various problems were experienced at that time, especially regarding reproductive health. During the COVID-19 pandemic, youth groups and posyandu activities were stopped. There were many activities previously made by the youth, including joint sports, joint dawn, and Friday night recitations. This shows that there are no activities related to reproductive health. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to form youth care about reproductive health. The service activities are carried out through 6 stages, starting with discussions with partners about the importance of youth activities in the Covid-19 pandemic, and continued by forming a youth care team. The community service provided knowledge about adolescent reproductive health, socialization of 3 BKKBN modules, training in making handbooks, and the election of ambassadors for adolescent reproductive health. The results are the formation of adolescents who care about reproductive health, increased knowledge, and reproductive health handbooks.
