Relationships between Compassion Fatigue, Burnout, and Turnover Intention in Korean Hospital Nurses

Abstract: Purpose: This study aimed to identify relationships between compassion fatigue, burnout, and turnover intention in Korean hospital nurses. Methods: In total, 142 hospital nurses were surveyed as part of data collection.
