Building information modeling (BIM) is another revolutionary computer application technology after computer aided design (CAD). And it's developing rapidly. At the same time, it is considered to be a technology that can overcome many problems in the construction industry, such as low production efficiency and waste of resources. In this paper, through consulting a large number of materials, combined with the research results at home and abroad, we introduced the discovery learning theory, combined with literature review method, experience summary method and case study method to establish a BIM course teaching scheme research model for application-oriented talents training, and carried out research on BIM teaching scheme in China, and analyzed and summarized the traditional teaching design The results show that the overall efficiency of BIM teaching scheme research is improved by 20%, and the efficiency is higher, which has certain practical value.

This article examines the role of national screen agencies in the realisation of an equitable screen sector. Publicly funded screen agencies like Ffilm Cymru Wales, Screen Ireland, Det Danske Filminstitut (Danish Film Institute) and Hrvatski Audiovizualni Centar (Croatian Audiovisual Centre) directly shape the sector, both on screen and behind the camera. Using interviews with senior decision-makers within several European screen agencies, we critically analyse the logics and practices of these cultural intermediaries in relation to gender equality. We chart how the issue is mediated by screen agencies, including their (in)actions. Alongside formal measures, we observe some staff working in quotidian ways to deliver change through positively leveraging their relationships with the sector. Our research highlights that while most of sampled agencies advocate for gender equality, few recognise ethnicity, socioeconomics, disability or age in their larger policy frameworks, and therefore, questions of intersectionality are rarely addressed formally in institutional approaches. We conclude that for screen agencies to become effective intermediaries for equality, a paradigmatic shift in their logics and working practices would be required. However, this would only represent a first step as wider policy and industrial reform is necessary to redress the exclusionary frames of the screen sector.

This article addresses the regionalization of screen culture in Norway and Denmark, focusing on how regional screen entities in Tromsø and Aarhus are working to professionalize production and talent development at the peripheries of both countries. We outline their distinctive characteristics and circumstances as regional hubs and delineate the key actors that constitute the respective screen ecosystems. We focus on the interplay between regional film policy, production and talent development in relation to regional development, geography, creativity, innovation and the economy of culture. Based on an examination of policies, strategy documents and interviews conducted with practitioners in Aarhus and Tromsø over the period 2014‐19, we explore the diverse strategies these regional production hubs employ to develop and ‐ more challengingly ‐ retain talents in the region, arguing that despite the increased attention given to ‘diversity’ in film policy, structural and cultural obstacles hamper sustainable growth.
