In civil engineering, particularly in the field of traffic engineering, it was possible to measure traffic performance by way of surveying the traffic flow, velocity, and density. The current traffic survey is commonly conducted by surveyor who manually calculates the movement of mode of transportation using traffic counter and survey form. Such method was definitely way too costly and time consuming in rendering the traffic data. Therefore, this study aims was to create application design products for technology retrieval and vehicle traffic count calculations, as well as traffic behavior analysis. This research was used Research and Development (R & D) method. The data accuracy was maintained through check and control to make sure that the inputted data were precisely the same with the results of the display on the application. This application called PRIFACOUNTER that can be operated personally in android OS hand phone. On the basis of the research, it was revealed that some variables and steps in the application concept were definitely needed to determine traffic behavior consisting of traffic flow, capacity, and degree of saturation. Since anyone can use this application, it will reduce the time in order to analyze the traffic performance.

In the disruptive 4.0 era that emphasizes technological sophistication, blockchain is present as a technology that increasingly influences human life, helping humans in all aspects, including education. The role of blockchain technology in the world of education is to test the validity of diplomas, the increasing number of fake diplomas for an interest, both for work and continuing education to a higher level. The purpose of this research with the implementation of blockchain is expected to make it easier for users to verify the authenticity of a diploma. This study uses the SWOT analysis method to identify all possibilities that exist in blockchain technology. The final result of this research, the system will print a physical certificate in the form of paper in general, then the certificate will be printed a QR code. To verify numeric code on QR Code via scanning on smartphone or QR Reader. It is hoped that the blockchain technology applied to digital assets can reduce cases of forgery of diplomas and other important documents.

Abstrak -Kehadiran mal memungkinkan masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya hanya pada satu lokasi saja. Layanan parkiran merupakan salah satu layanan yang terpenting pada mal. Kendala yang sering ditemukan pada layanan parkir mal adalah pengunjung kesulitan mencari lokasi lot parkir yang kosong. Pengunjung ketika ingin mengunjungi sebuah outlet tertentu cenderung memilih pintu yang terdekat agar tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk berjalan. Dalam memperoleh lokasi parkir, pengunjung terkadang harus berputar terlebih dahulu untuk mendapatkan tempat parkir yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, sebuah sistem dirancang untuk dapat memberikan rekomendasi lokasi lot parkir terdekat dari lokasi kunjungan. Setiap lot dan outlet akan diberikan titik koordinat yang digunakan untuk menghitung jarak terdekat dengan menggunakan Euclidean Distance. Arduino Uno digunakan untuk mengendalikan sensor Light Dependent Resistor (LDR), buzzer, dan Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) reader. Pengujian sistem yang dirancang dilakukan terhadap 10 skenario. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan persentase ketersediaan lot parkir terdekat dengan outlet yang akan dikunjungi adalah sebesar 100%. Hal ini disebabkan karena sistem dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan jarak antara lot dengan outlet tujuan dan status ketersediaan lot terdekat. Apabila lot terdekat telah ditempati maka sistem secara otomatis akan memberikan rekomendasi lot terdekat berikutnya kepada pengguna.Kata kunci -sistem parkir mal, lokasi kunjungan, euclidean distance, RFID Abstract -The presence of the mall allows people to make ends meet only at one location. The park service is one of the most important services in the mall. The visitor often face some problem, such as very difficult in finding the location of an empty parking lot. Visitors tend to choose the nearest door so that they do not require a long time to walk. In obtaining the location of parking, visitors sometimes have to spin in advance to obtain the desired parking spot. Based on these problems, a system designed to provide recommendations on the location of the nearest parking lot to the outlet that user want to visit. Every parking lot and outlet will be given the coordinates that will be used to calculate the distance by using Euclidean distance. Arduino Uno is used to control Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) sensors, buzzer, and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) reader. The test of designed system involves 10 different scenarios. The result of designed system testing show the percentage of availability of the nearest parking lot with outlets to be visited is 100%. This is due to the system is designed by considering the distance between the lot with the destination outlet and the nearest lot availability status. If the closest lot was occupied, the system will automatically give recommendations next closest lot to the user.Keywords -mall parking system, outlet location, euclidean distance, RFID I.
