Radioaktive Markierung von Tropan‐Alkaloiden, III. Darstellung von 3H‐Atropin und 3H‐Nor‐(–‐)‐cocain Beschreibung einer Apparatur für Tritierungen mit 3H2‐Gas

Abstract: 3H‐Atropin (Aktivität: 16.5 mC/mMol) und 3H‐Nor‐(–‐)‐cocain (Aktivität: 2.5 mC/mMol) wurden durch Einwirkung von Tritium‐Gas auf Atropin und Nor‐(–‐)‐cocain in einer dafür besonders entwickelten Apparatur dargestellt.
