The purpose of this study is to look into the importance of educational processes, practices, and research activities in predicting knowledge skills and competences (KSC) and employability in Indonesian higher education. A survey was used in the quantitative research approach. Respondents to this study selected 500 instructors and students from 31 universities in Indonesia that offer outstanding approved study programs. The Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology oversees all universities. Scoring and structural equation modeling were used to evaluate the data. The educational process is significantly influenced by facilities. Significant relationships have been discovered between facilities and practicum activities, facilities and research activities, practical activities and employability, research activities and employability, research activities and KSC, and practical activities to KSC. There is no significant relationship between the educational process and employability, nor between the educational process and KSC. This study’s findings also show that the educational process does not mediate the effect of facilities on employability but does mediate the effect of facilities on KSC, that the effect of facilities on employability was mediated by the practical activity variable, that practical activity variables mediated the effect of facilities on KSC, and that research activity variables mediated the effect of facilities on employability. Variables related to research activity influenced the effect of facilities on KSC. This research’s contribution can become literature for future research and can be used by education stakeholders to identify applicable policies to assist KSC and its graduates’ employability.

A systematic literature review on the marketability and employability of graduates is presented in this paper. It delves into the themes that emerge from 31 papers found in Scopus and the Web of Science database. The study was carried out and conducted using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews (PRISMA) method, which is a thorough guideline for systematic review and data collection. The review included research studies published between 2017 and 2022. The themes were divided into three categories: graduate attributes, teaching strategy and development, and workplace skills. These topics are discussed in depth in this paper and are presented in the literature review. Rather than reiterating the literature research and recognizing the issue, an approach that focuses on an early valuation of graduate employability in order to educate graduates with the appropriate information and skills was also presented. This study found that graduate attributes such as communication skills, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and leadership abilities were found to have a significant impact on employability and marketability. Furthermore, these characteristics are necessary to improve a graduate's prospects of achieving a more stable future in their chosen job. This research is particularly significant since it helps academics obtain a better understanding of peer-reviewed literature reviews. It also helps them to gain a better grasp of the marketability and employability of recent graduates in the labor market. Further research is proposed to figure out why graduates believed that a list of soft skills was being established through the curriculum, and what components of their university experience prepared them for the job market.

Education is a key factor in achieving the goal of sustainable development, which is realized under the motto "NO-ONE LEFT BEHIND" around the world that the countries aiming to build a more stable society. Thus, the roles of education institutes are crucial, especially higher education institutions. Numerous attempts were made around the world to improve the quality of higher education including Mongolia where the quality assurance in higher education is positioned at the center of interests. In this study, we aimed to find higher education institutions' factors that affect students' overall competencies. For this purpose, a 6-criteria research questionnaire was used. We conducted a pilot study among 52 graduating students and survey score was 0.976. As a result of our study, 9 hypotheses have been accepted that learning process, practice, research, equipment in the training process, as well as equipment and practice in the research process have a positive impact on students' overall competencies.
