Abstract: RESUMO Introdução: O exercício físico gera resultados positivos para a qualidade do sono e atua no ciclo sono-vigília por meio de seu efeito sincronizador indireto do relógio biológico. Objetivo: Avaliar a qualidade de sono, o cronotipo e o desempenho de corredores amadores de rua da cidade de Limeira.
