Public Value of Intelligent Transportation System

Abstract: This paper explores the influence of public value on decision making through the lens of Intelligent Transportation System. To address the aim of the study we adopt an inductive crossnational comparative case-study approach in the Netherlands and the UK. The initial findings indicate that public value concept is practiced within transportation sector in these two countries.
