Prospective Study of Uterine Leiomyomas I N a Tertiary Care Hospital

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Fibroids are benign smooth muscle neoplasms that may occur singly, but more often are multiple. Uterine tumors are the most common and the leading cause of hysterectomy in women.
