Propofol Effect on Stress Response and Free Radicals in Patient during Surgery and Sedation Procedure

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Propofol is an intravenous anesthetic used worldwide as an anesthesia induction and maintenance agent. Propofol also used as sedation agent in Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
