Production of Sugar From Sweet Sorghum Stems with Hydrolysis Method Using Trichoderma viride

Abstract: Sorghum stem bagasse waste is one of the materials with high cellulose content. It can be utilized in glucose production through enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose by Trichoderma viride.
