“…In this research, the contents of 17 secondary metabolites in fruiting bodies were highest, such as phenylethylamine, midodrine, syringic acid, nandrolone, hydroxytyrosol, oxazepam, anileridine, agmatine, and carbidopa. These metabolites present various pharmacological properties such as antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti‐inflammatory, protective agents for the nervous system, and enforcing immunity system 48,49 . Fruiting bodies were rich in active secondary metabolites, which may have various pharmacological activities.…”

“…These metabolites present various pharmacological properties such as antioxidant, antimicrobial, antiinflammatory, protective agents for the nervous system, and enforcing immunity system. 48,49 Fruiting bodies were rich in active secondary metabolites, which may have various pharmacological activities. There were more stachydrine, alprenolol and phenibut in mycelia than those in the other three cultures.…”

“…The differences in the antioxidant activity observed between the modified oils prepared in this work were ascribed to the chemical structure of the three phenolic alcohols. HTYR has two aromatic hydroxyl groups (catecholic structure) in contrast to the one of HVA and VA, which subserve its ability to act as a stronger antioxidant [32,33]. Previous research has also demonstrated that the enzymatic process of lipophilization enhanced the antioxidant activity of the raw oils and acylating agents that were conjugated with ethyl ferulate [19].…”

“…Following purification, a minimum of 3 kg of HT with a purity of 90-95% was obtained. Neji et al [4] catalyzed the generation of HT extracts from tyrosol through a wet hydrogen peroxide-catalyzed oxidation reaction using montmorillonite Key Success Factors (KSF) as a solid acid catalyst at room temperature. Papageorgiou et al [5] employed a solid-liquid extraction method to obtain HT from oleuropein, utilizing a water-ethanol mixture, hydrochloric acid hydrolysis, and optimized ethyl acetate extraction.…”
