Proceso de producción y mecanismos de comercialización de chía (Salvia hispánica L.) por familias campesinas de los municipios de Atzitzihuacán y Tochimilco, Puebla, México

Abstract: Las unidades de producción campesinas, a pesar de los pocos o nulos apoyos recibidos siguen siendo importantes en la producción de alimentos.
