The article presents the results of the study and the comparative analysis of the development of SMEs in the EU and RF countries. The estimation of SMEs' entrepreneurial confidence in the sphere of industrial production is given. Existing incentive mechanisms for exportoriented SMEs in the EU are considered. It is determined that support for export-oriented SMEs in Russia is aimed at overcoming export barriers, increasing the activity and the competitiveness of the exporting enterprises. It has been established that the mechanism of financial support for export-oriented SMEs and the shift from direct export support to support export-oriented production, including the development of system of concessional loans for the development of export production, similar to the EU need to be changed. This allows producers to reasonably approach their financial capabilities and effectively build export planning. Priority is targeted support for specific industrial enterprises from among SMEs having experience of export and differing in a significant level of entrepreneurial confidence.

Successful investment requires accurate and effective analytical models. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of PSYKHE Fashion to assess the risks of business to help investors decide whether to invest. This paper start with a detailed investigation of the company, including its background, business, philosophy, property, and financing. Secondly, I use the POCD framework to deeply analyze the company's situation and analyze the operation of the company from the perspective of people, opportunity, context, and deal, including the strengths and weaknesses of each perspective. Finally, through our research, we find that PSYKHE Fashion is a start-up business, but it has a very optimistic future. I remain optimistic about the company and think it is worth investing in. In this paper, the POCD framework is applied to in-depth analysis and venture investment of a start-up company, providing a great method for predicting the investment prospects of a company.

Inkubasi merupakan salah satu upaya dalam mengembangkan start-up. Beberapa institusi, seperti kampus dan pemerintah daerah, berupaya melakukan upaya inkubasi untuk mempercepat lahirnya bisnis-bisnis baru. Pemerintah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat membentuk lembaga baru untuk menangani inkubasi bernama BRIDA (Badan Riset Inovasi Daerah). Pertanyaannya adalah apakah proses inkubasi ini sejalan dengan konsep inkubasi yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Kajian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan meninjau literatur mengenai proses inkubasi dan melakukan wawancara dengan pengelola BRIDA dan anggota tenant di BRIDA. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa proses inkubasi di BRIDA sesuai dengan standar proses inkubasi start-up berdasarkan literatur. Tahapannya terdiri dari pra inkubasi, inkubasi dan pasca inkubasi. Setelah inkubator terbentuk, ditetapkan pengelola inkubator bisnis yang terdiri dari ketua, mentor, dan coach/asisten.
