Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention for Acute Myocardial Infarction in a Young Female with Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura: A Case Report and Review

Abstract: A 23-year-old female with the diagnosis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) was admitted to our hospital with severe chest pain. The electrocardiogram (ECG) revealed acute anterior myocardial infarction. She underwent an immediate cardiac catheterization.
