Objective: To assess the presence and extension of the attribute “Community Orientation” of Primary Health Care from the perspective of health services adult users from the Municipality of Juazeiro do Norte-CE. Methods: Quantitative, cross-sectional and evaluative study, carried out in 14 Basic Health Units, from October 2016 to June 2017, using the Primary Care Assessment Tool. Results: The attribute assessment was negative, reaching expressive negative responses in the seven districts, with a mean score of 3.8 (±3.8). The Raw Score (RS) reached a mean of 6.6 and the Derived Score (DS) was assigned a score of 6.4, below the cut-off point ≥ 6.60. Conclusion: The low value of the DS represents that units are not providers of PHC, suggesting fragility in the integration of services with the community and the need to promote greater discussion among agents, when designing measures of intervention and improvement of scores.

Objetivo: identificar as práticas de profissionais da Estratégia Saúde da Família frente à linha de cuidado da atenção integral à saúde da criança. Método: trata-se de estudo de bibliográfico, tipo revisão integrativa, com artigos publicados em português, inglês e espanhol, entre 2012 e 2017, nas bases de dados LILACS, MEDLINE, BDENF e na biblioteca virtual SciELO. Utilizou-se os seguintes Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS): saúde da criança e Estratégia Saúde da Família, utilizando-se o operador booleano AND e seus respectivos termos em inglês e espanhol. Apresentaram-se os resultados em forma de figura. Resultados: compôs-se o corpus de análise por 26 artigos que atenderam aos critérios de inclusão. Evidenciaram-se duas categorias: “A dispersão de práticas profissionais frente ao cuidado à saúde da criança” e “Os entraves que tornam complexa a prática de profissionais de saúde no cuidado à saúde da criança”. Conclusão: reconstroem-se, pelos profissionais que atuam frente à linha de cuidado integral à saúde da criança, práticas centradas no modelo biomédico, com necessidade de superação deste modus operandi. ABSTRACT Objective: to identify the practices of Family Health Strategy professionals regarding the care line of comprehensive child health care. Method: this is a bibliographic study, integrative review type, with articles published in Portuguese, English and Spanish, between 2012 and 2017, in the LILACS, MEDLINE, BDENF and SciELO virtual library. The following Health Sciences Descriptors (DeCS) were used: child health and Family Health Strategy, using the Boolean operator AND and its respective English and Spanish terms. The results are presented in figure form. Results: the corpus of analysis was composed by 26 articles that met the inclusion criteria. Two categories were highlighted: “The dispersion of professional practices in relation to child health care” and “The barriers that make the practice of health professionals in child health care complex”. Conclusion: the professionals who work in front of the integral line of child health care reconstruct practices centered on the biomedical model, with the need to overcome this modus operandi. “…In Brazil, although the reduction of the mortality rate is related to the improvement of the economic conditions of the population, to the access to health care and the national availability of antibiotics and vaccination policies, to the reduction of infections of the lower respiratory tract, especially pneumonia, it remains the third cause of mortality over the years, reaching a total of 75,602 deaths, which corresponds to 5.6% of the total deaths in the country (2) . For this reason, the interest remains in research with a focus on respiratory diseases (2)(3)(4) , with the acute diseases being a concern in nursing studies (4) in order to strengthen the provision of care so that it becomes more effective.…”

Resumo OBJETIVO Conhecer a composição e o funcionamento do apoio social utilizado pela família da criança adoecida por pneumonia. MÉTODO Pesquisa qualitativa, realizada com quatorze famílias de crianças menores de cinco anos internadas por pneumonia, provenientes de regiões de maior vulnerabilidade social de um município do interior paulista, no período de novembro de 2015 a maio de 2016. Utilizou-se como referencial teórico o Modelo Calgary de Avaliação Familiar, e a Análise de Conteúdo Temática de Bardin como método. RESULTADOS A família nuclear e a extensa constituem o apoio social utilizado; a rede de apoio acessada engloba a Atenção Primária de Saúde, Unidades de Pronto Atendimento e hospitais, observando falha na referência e contra-referência intersetoriais. CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS A reorganização familiar mostrou-se relevante e efetiva em períodos de crise; as famílias buscam no nível secundário de atenção à saúde a resolutividade para o adoecimento de seu filho.
