RESUMOObjetivo: clarificar o conceito "parto humanizado", expresso pela literatura da área de saúde. Método: análise de conceito baseado no Modelo Evolucionário de Rodgers através de 18 artigos científicos. Resultados: No contexto do ambiente hospitalar, o parto humanizado apresentou como atributo essencial o respeito à fisiologia do nascimento, expressa uma experiência humana com utilização das boas práticas para promoção do nascimento seguro e ativo. Nos antecedentes verificou-se a influência da qualidade do pré-natal, a estrutura física das maternidades, capacitação da equipe de saúde e o respeito aos direitos da mulher e do recém-nascido. Os consequentes foram expressos em aspectos para a mulher, para o recém-nascido e para a família. Conclusão: esta análise possibilitou a identificação de novas concepções como a necessidade de implementar boas práticas obstétricas em todos os serviços de atenção obstétrica e a importância da presença de uma equipe interdisciplinar. Method: Concept analysis based on the Rodgers' Evolutionary Model through 18 scientific papers. Results: Within the hospital environment, the humanized delivery presented as an essential attribute the respect for birth physiology; it expresses a human experience with use of best practices for promoting safe and active birth. In the background there was the influence of prenatal quality, the physical structure of hospitals, health staff training and respect for women's rights. The consequents were expressed in aspects to the woman, the newborn and family. Conclusion: This analysis extended the conception of the term and allowed the identification of new concepts. In addition to identifying that in some health services, despite the humanization policies, there is a lack of practices that promote quality humanized care. “…Another research evidenced that the father carries many doubts, because the lack of understanding about some phenomena characteristic of the pregnancy, mainly on the physiological bases of the appearance of different organic signs and symptoms, about the gestation and the development of the baby, with this, we understand that prenatal care is the opportune moment where doubts are healed. 16 All the changes that begin to occur within the family are capable of generating feelings, anxieties and fears, these must be worked during the consultations, thus providing a quality care service and preparing the family in a safe and healthy way for the childbirth and postpartum. Objective: Describe the parents' perception of their fatherhood during pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium.Methods: it's a qualitative study, which the data were collected through a semistructured interview with 30 parents who had their children born in a public hospital. The thematic analysis followed Minayo's theoretical framework.Results: it was identified that parental involvement is being more active nowadays, the involvement begins from the reception of the news of being a father, going through the expectations of what will be the characteristics of his son and the prenatal followup. The father becomes a participant in the actions of care for the companion and the child.Conclusion: the study brought contributions to prenatal care and growth and development consultations, revealing the need to socialize the tendencies to provide assistance to the trinomial (mother-child).

(7)(8)(9)(10)(11) Fear was present on an average of 20.4% of pregnant women, whereas 100% of women expressed not having received previous orientation or preparation for the labor and childbirth, which unfortunately could be characterized as an inadequate prenatal care (12) , thus favoring the exacerbation of this emotion during childbirth.…”

Objective: To identify and compare the emotional expression of pregnant women during the stage of expulsion under common and regular lighting and low lighting. Methods: Pragmatic, randomized controlled clinical trial. Ninety-five pregnant women were selected, and divided into two groups: common and regular lighting and low lighting in the delivery room. Results: The most evident emotion during the stage of expulsion is anger (33.9%). The differences between the study groups regarding the presence of emotions are significant: fear (p< 0.0001), disgust (p = 0.0091), and sadness (p = 0.0060) were more evident for the group under common and regular lighting. The group under low lighting expressed more joy (p< 0.0001) and anger (p< 0.0001). All pregnant women finished their deliveries feeling joy. Conclusion: Low lighting provides a series of emotions that respect and help women's physiology during the stage of expulsion in labor. ResumoObjetivo: Identificar e comparar as expressões emocionais das parturientes no período expulsivo sob iluminação comum e usual e com baixa luminosidade. Métodos: Ensaio clínico, controlado e randomizado de abordagem pragmática. Selecionado 95 parturientes, divididas em dois grupos: iluminação comum e usual e baixa luminosidade da sala de parto. Resultados: A emoção mais presente no período expulsivo é a raiva (33,9%). As diferenças entre os grupos do estudo quanto à presença de emoções são significativas: medo (p< 0,0001), nojo (p = 0,0091) e tristeza (p = 0,0060) estiveram mais presentes no grupo de iluminação comum e usual. Já o grupo de baixa luminosidade apresentou mais alegria (p< 0,0001) e raiva (p< 0,0001). Todas as parturientes terminaram seus partos com a emoção alegria. Conclusão: O ambiente com baixa luminosidade promove uma sequência de emoções que respeita e auxilia a fisiologia do período expulsivo do trabalho de parto.
