“…The high bond energy of carbon-carbon atoms in Graphite crystal makes it strong, but the van der Waals force between layers is fragile. This unique laminar structure makes it resistant to load and has good slips between layers [7][8][9]. With the continuous improvement of nanometer lubrication technology, nanometer Graphite as a lubricant additive has gradually entered the eld of vision of researchers.…”

“…With the continuous improvement of nanometer lubrication technology, nanometer Graphite as a lubricant additive has gradually entered the eld of vision of researchers. Using expanded Graphite, Zhang Jing [7] et al obtained nano-ake Graphite by grinding in a solvent such as absolute ethanol, glycerol, and water. It was found that the nano-Graphite sheets prepared by absolute ethanol could better enhance the lubrication, anti-wear, and extreme pressure properties of the Li-based lipids.…”

“…Ball milling has been used extensively in research involving graphite deagglomeration, delamination, and size reduction. Studies have also used bead milling for graphite delamination to produce graphene , and graphite particle size reduction . However, the bead milling process should be able to utilize graphite scrap at high-concentration milling to be a comparable process to ball milling on an industrial scale, although information concerning the use of bead milling in high-graphite-concentration milling on a large production remains limited.…”

“…After adding FLG, the main components of the boundary film become Fe 2 O 3 and adsorbed FLG. Jin Zhang et al [20] found through research that, compared with pure lithium grease with an FLG content of 2 wt%, the average friction coefficient is reduced by 27%, and the solder joint and load wear index are 1.6 and 1.4 times that of pure lithium grease, respectively. Tiancheng Ouyang et al [21] found that the addition of FLG can significantly improve the anti-friction and anti-wear ability of the grease, thereby making the wear surface smoother.…”
