Preparation and Characterization of Phytochemical-Rich Extract from Sasa quelpaertensis Leaf

Abstract: Sasa species leaves have been used in traditional medicine for their anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and diuretic properties. Sasa quelpaertensis Nakai is a small bamboo grass that grows only on Mt. Halla on Jeju Island, Republic of Korea.
