Background: In the adolescent phase, teenagers experience very high curiosity about various things. In this modern era, teenagers can easily access information and try new things, for example, sexual relations outside marriage. Cases of early marriage due to out-of-wedlock pregnancies have increased recently. This research was conducted to determine the attitudes of young women towards early marriage due to pregnancy out of wedlock. The Method in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Qualitative methods are used to explain a phenomenon in depth. The data collection technique used is literature study, namely by reviewing various literature that is relevant to the issues in this research. Results and Discussion: Factors causing premarital sex include low knowledge, the minimal role of parents, partner influence, friend influence, and exposure to pornographic content. Based on several previous studies, there are still young women who do not know the impact of early marriage due to pregnancy outside of marriage. Conclusion: The attitudes shown by young women tend to be positive if their level of knowledge is also good. Adolescence is a transition phase in individual development. Recently, cases of sex outside marriage have often occurred, which can result in early marriage due to pregnancy outside of marriage. The level of knowledge of young women regarding early marriage varies. Providing education to young women can increase the positive attitudes of teenagers regarding early marriage due to pregnancy outside of marriage.

Remaja jalanan menjadi kelompok yang rentan terhadap permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi karena keterbatasan akses terhadap informasi kesehatan. Memiliki perilaku seksual berisiko dan pengetahuan yang terbatas menyebabkan remaja jalanan butuh perhatian lebih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perilaku seksual berisiko, sikap permisif dan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja jalanan di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dilanjutkan dengan snowball sampling. Responden penelitian berjumlah 6 orang remaja jalanan dan 3 orang pengelola Rumah Perlindungan Sosial Anak sebagai triangulasi. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan remaja jalanan memiliki perilaku seksual yang sangat berisiko, memiliki sikap yang permisif dan pengetahuan yang rendah. Remaja jalanan aktif secara seksual sejak usia 14 tahun, sering bergontaganti pasangan, tidak menggunakan alat kontrasepsi saat berhubungan, bahkan ditemukan remaja yang berhubungan untuk mendapatkan imbalan berupa uang. Remaja jalanan menganggap hubungan seksual pranikah adalah perilaku yang normal dan biasa saja. Remaja jalanan mengaku belum pernah mendapatkan pendidikan terkait kesehatan reproduksi, mereka tidak mengetahui dampak dari hubungan seksual sebelum menikah seperti kehamilan dan penyakit menular seksual. Diperlukan tindak lanjut dari perilaku seksual pada remaja jalanan saat ini karena akan berpengaruh terhadap masa depan mereka jika tidak diperhatikan sejak dini.Kata kunci: kesehatan reproduksi, perilaku berisiko, remaja jalanan, seksualitas

Adolescents were vulnerable to problems related to reproductive health. Generation Z was the largest proportion in Indonesia who was born with internet and technology literacy. Internet and social media were meaningful for them. In 2018, 57% of adolescents worldwide search out porn using the internet. This study’s goal was to analyze pornography access among males and female’s adolescent. This was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was high school students in Yogyakarta. A multistage random sampling was employed, involving 80 respondents. The data were analyzed using the Chi-square test, and logistic regression. The results showed that all the respondents had smartphones and accessed media social. WhatsApp, Instagram, and YouTube were the most accessed. Most of them (57.5%) had access to pornography through films, short videos, and also pictures. Multivariate analysis showed that male adolescents (Exp B=13.7) had a greater risk of accessing pornography compared to females. Access to more than 4 types of social media also increases access to pornography (Exp B=6.8). Adolescence needs more information, and also guidance from family, school also community related to their use of smartphones and social media to prevent access to pornography as the opening gate for sexual risk behavior.
