Pouch versus esophagojejunostomy after total gastrectomy: A randomized clinical trial

Abstract: This is an interim report of a randomized clinical trial on esophagojejunostomy (E J) versusHunt-Lawrence-Rodino (HLR) pouch as reconstruction techniques following total gastrectomy and systematic lymphadenectomy for gastric cancer treatment.
