Abstract: AbstrakLimbah organik dari industri pengolahan ikan bisa menjadi masalah serius jika tidak ditangani dengan baik, karena jumlahnya yang terus meningkat setiap tahun. Padahal kandungan nutrisinya masih tinggi, terutama kadar proteinnya.
