Etnososial is learning that integrates culture and local wisdom into social learning. Indonesia is very rich with a variety of cultures and local wisdom. These cultural values and local wisdom must be used by the teacher as a material and source of learning. So from that, the purpose of this study is to know the ethnosocial knowledge of elementary school teachers and the obstacles in applying it. This research uses quantitative design with survey research design. This study used 30 teachers as respondents. The instruments used were questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study are about the knowledge of ethno-social elementary school teachers in Indonesia in good condition. It is known that the ethno-social knowledge of teachers in Bajubang District is 6.7% included in the very bad category. While 30.0% are in a bad category, 43.3% are in a good category and 20.0% are in the very good category. The teacher applies ethno-social knowledge through various methods, learning strategies, using simple learning media and using the environment as a learning resource. While the obstacles faced by teachers are the ability of different students, media and learning resources that are lacking, lack of knowledge and experience of ethno-social teachers.

Physics is a science that requires experimental activities to prove its truth. In the proof, it is carried out systematically and disciplined. This skill is called a science process skill. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive method. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using e-modules in the course of practicum and determine the level of science process skills of students. Subjects in this study were semester 2 students of Physics Education at the University of Jambi. The data collection instruments used were observation sheets that had been validated before. Data collection is assisted by observers who observe each student and then the data is processed using statistical analysis. From the results of data analysis, it was found that there was an influence of e-modules in the implementation of practicum and the average science skills of students were in the very good category. AbstrakFisika merupakan ilmu pengetahuan yang membutuhkan kegiatan eksperimen untuk membuktikan kebenarannya. Dalam pembuktiannya dilakukan dengan sistematis, disiplin, dan jujur. Keterampilan ini disebut sebagai keterampilan proses sains. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan e-modul dalam berjalannya praktikum dan mengetahui tingkat keterampilan proses sains mahasiswa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester 2 Pendidikan Fisika Universitas Jambi. Adapun instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi yang telah divalidasi sebelumnya. Pengumpulan data dibantu oleh observer yang mengamati tiap mahasiswa kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis statistik. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa emodul memberi pengaruh dalam pelaksanaan praktikum Fisika Dasar II. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari rata-rata keterampilan sains mahasiswa berada di kategori SB (sangat baik).

This study aims to identify the competencies that teachers have in dealing with dyslexic students. Method: The type of research used is quantitative which uses a research design survey that is strengthened by the results of interviews to support the results of quantitative data. Where the total number of samples from this study were 91 teachers taken based on the total sampling technique. Data were then analyzed with the help of the SPSS 21 application to look for descriptive statistics in the form of mean, median, min, max, and category. Findings: From the results of the analysis conducted, it is found that there is a teacher's ability to handle dyslexic students in the good category, which is indicated by a good category of 64.8% (59 of 91) students. Implications and Recommendations: For this reason, it is recommended that teachers need to have good competence in order to help dyslexic students. Students need to be given the opportunity to develop direct experiences and thoughts in learning activities.
