Los estudiantes con dislexia enfrentan situaciones de estrés que los llevan a utilizar estrategias de afrontamiento para asumir los retos que implican la dificultad en el aprendizaje de la lectoescritura. El objetivo de esta investigación fue establecer la posible relación entre las estrategias de afrontamiento y el rendimiento académico en estudiantes con dislexia en instituciones educativas de la ciudad Armenia. La muestra fue no probabilística de 62 estudiantes entre 9 y 12 años de edad, con un enfoque cuantitativo y diseño correlacional. Se utilizó la escala de afrontamiento para niños, un tamizaje de dislexia y los boletines académicos de los estudiantes. No se encontró correlación significativa entre las variables de estudio; sin embargo, se concluye que los estudiantes con dislexia sí utilizan estrategias de afrontamiento y que existen otros factores predeterminantes que pueden estar impactando en el rendimiento académico.

The performance of teachers in realizing holistic education can be observed from how the teachers prepare, implement, and evaluate the learning process or their pedagogic knowledge. This study aims to examine the teachers’ ability to plan, implement and evaluate to assess their performance in the elementary school learning process based on tenure and gender. This research is a quantitative study with direct observation, which was conducted on 162 elementary school teachers from 30 public elementary schools in Semarang, Indonesia. Data were collected using assessment sheets. The observer was the principal which belonged to the same school as the respondent. The data were then validated using Pearson's correlation based on group tenure and gender. The instrument was analyzed using structural equation modelling (SEM) and showed that the imposition of the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was achieved more than a critical value of .50 which meant that the construct was valid and reliable. The understanding on teachers’ performance was indicated by teachers’ activities in preparing their class. This study found that there was no significant correlation between teachers’ performance and teaching experience or that and gender.

An educator or teacher must have adequate ability to use digital technology and communication tools to access, use, and even evaluate digital-based learning processes. This ability is referred to as the digital competence of a teacher in training his students to build new knowledge actively and creatively, which is very closely related to the lives of Generation Z who are active students today. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Digital Literacy Competence of Elementary School Teachers on Teacher Learning Management in Gandapura District. The sample in this study were elementary school teachers with thematic learning. The technique of data analysis through data reduction is by selecting every incoming data through observation, interviews, and documentation which are then summarized and selected according to the indicators needed. The findings of this study are that public elementary schools in Gandapura District have teachers who understand digitalization with low, medium, and high levels of understanding. So, it can be concluded that the digital competence of teachers has a good contribution to the development of effective and efficient teacher learning management. Teachers' digital literacy competencies can create student enthusiasm and harmony between teachers and students in the class on thematic lessons, especially science which is usually more difficult for students.
