Photovoltaic Effects at Rectifying Junctions to Deposited CdS Films

Abstract: The photovoltaic response of blocking contacts to deposited CdS films has been measured in the wavelength range 0.3–1.3µ. Film properties as deduced from these measurements are compared with inferences drawn from photoconductivity behavior and with information on film treatment.
